Started in Science and Teaching
Earned a degree in Neuroscience & Behavior. Began as a math and science teacher.
2004–2011
Shaped State Education Policy
Led executive committees on a $3.79 billion education funding formula for a governor-appointed state Board of Education.
2011–2019
Founded Schools for Underserved Kids
Founded and led three public schools serving 940 students. Secured a $26.8 million bond for a new campus. Earned top 5% academic gains in the state.
2020
Began Doctoral Research
Started doctoral research at the University of Indianapolis — a study spanning 10 states on how young people see careers in behavioral health.
2023–Present
Founding Chief Executive for a New University
Selected to launch a first-of-its-kind mental and behavioral health university, opening in 2027. Oversees 500+ staff and a $53M operating budget.
Nov 2024–Present
Founded Voice Up Publishing
Contracted by a global AI brand as an expert consultant. Implemented Voice Up across 250 institutions, including 148 colleges and universities.
2026
The First 100 Hours
